Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is an advanced therapy in which the practitioner uses a range of specialised and gentle skin movement techniques to move the lymph through the lymphatic vessels. The lymphatic vessels carry substances vital to the defence of the body and remove excess fluid and waste products.

It can promote wellness in clients with a healthy lymphatic system but is particularly beneficial when the lymphatic system is under additional pressure from excess fluid due to lymphoedema, lipoedema, surgery or injury.

The manual lymphatic drainage sessions significantly reduced my pain and improved my overall well-being. Highly recommend!
